About Me

I stumbled upon kinesiology in 2024 and was immediately drawn to its logic and clarity—the ability to ask the body what it needs and receive a clear answer. After years of navigating the confusing changes of peri-menopause, it was refreshing to finally gain some insight into what could truly help. That spark led me here, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I can’t wait to support others on their journey—by helping them listen deeply to what their bodies truly need.

Why choose kinesiology?

Systematic Kinesiologist applying muscle testing to access the body’s innate wisdom, allowing clear yes-or-no responses to guide holistic care.

Some of the concerns it can help with include:

  • Immune issues / frequent infections
  • Digestive discomfort
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Neck and back pain
  • Food sensitivities / intolerances
  • IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
  • Headaches / migraines
  • Anxiety / depression
  • Joint and muscle pain
  • Chronic fatigue / feeling constantly exhausted
  • Skin problems
  • Hiatus hernia
  • Sciatica
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Emotional and behavioural challenges
  • And more…

What happens in a session?

Systematic Kinesiology is a gentle, whole-body approach that uses simple muscle testing to discover what your body needs to rebalance—physically, emotionally, chemically, and energetically. Think of it as having a conversation with your body—without words.

Whether you’re experiencing physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, or simply a sense that something feels “off,” we’ll work together to identify the root cause and restore balance.

Your session may include techniques such as:

Muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body

Muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body

Supplements evaluated through muscle testing, using the body’s biofeedback to inform evidence-based recommendations for targeted nutritional support.

Supplements tested on your body- matched to you

Evaluating your body’s response to specific foods using muscle testing, identifying sensitivities and supportive dietary choices

Testing your bodies reaction to certain foods

Flushing meridians to clear stagnant energy

Acupressure & meridian work to support energy flow

Lymphatic massage to clear away congestion

Kinesiological corrections are tailored to the body’s unique needs, supporting systems such as the ileocecal valve, glandular function, and structural elements like the TMJ, Atlas lesion, hyoid alignment, and dural torque. Techniques may also address injury recall, balance Golgi tendon and spindle cell activity, correct blood chemistry imbalances (including hypoglycaemia), and promote emotional release through EFT—ultimately guiding the body toward centering and optimal well-being.

As I continue building my practice, kinesiology sessions (1.5 to 2 hours) will be £60 from 1st January 2026. For those who book before this date, the current price of £45 still applies.

I’m so grateful to everyone who’s supported me during this foundational phase—it’s been a joy to treat each of you.

Testing endocrine glands

Using kinesiology, I assess the health and balance of every gland in the endocrine system: the hypothalamus, pineal gland, pituitary gland, thyroid, parathyroids, thymus, adrenal glands, and reproductive glands.

Checking adrenal fatigue

Feeling wiped out despite a full night’s sleep? Anxiety, brain fog, or sudden mood swings? It could be more than hormones—it might be adrenal fatigue, a deeper imbalance recognized in holistic health.

Unblocking the gut

Digestive discomfort, bloating, fatigue, or feeling “off”? Your Ileocecal Valve (ICV) might be the hidden culprit. I’ll test for tension and help restore its natural rhythm—bringing your digestion back into balance.

Correcting digestion

Identifying what your digestion needs—soothing irritation, boosting enzymes or stomach acid, combining both for full support, or targeting fat breakdown and gut lining repair.

Treating spots/rashes

We’ll explore what’s behind a breakout—spots, rashes, lesions, bumps, or bunions—by identifying stressed meridians that may be affecting skin function and detox pathways.

Releasing jaw tension

The jaw joint (TMJ) affects posture, cranial nerves, emotional stress, digestion, hormonal balance, and energy flow. Releasing TMJ tension often brings rapid, whole-body shifts.

Hair Sample Testing

I can also test for food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, and other imbalances using a hair sample, which can be dropped off or posted. This method is especially useful for children, as it’s non-invasive and doesn’t require them to be present during testing.

Through this approach, I can also identify supplements that support the body in clearing bacterial, viral, parasitic, or fungal infections, helping to gently rebalance the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Kinesiology is the science of testing muscles.

Systematic Kinesiology builds on this by using gentle, non-invasive muscle testing to uncover imbalances in the body—whether physical, emotional, chemical, or energetic. By applying light pressure to a muscle and observing its response, practitioners can identify areas of stress and determine what the body needs to restore balance and vitality.

The arm is often used simply because it’s accessible and easy to work with during a session, but many other muscles will be tested too—each offering unique insights into different systems. It’s a non-invasive, insightful method that works with the body’s own feedback.

Rather than focusing on symptoms, Systematic Kinesiology aims to identify and treat the root causes of discomfort or dis-ease. Muscle testing taps into the body’s biochemistry and electrical responses, allowing practitioners to “read” what’s going on beneath the surface in a precise and reproducible way.

Through targeted corrections—such as nutritional support, emotional stress release, acupressure, and energy balancing—Systematic Kinesiology helps strengthen the body’s systems and create a healthier internal environment. The goal is to support your body’s natural ability to heal and help you function at your best.

Kinesiology is one of the fastest-growing complementary therapies in the UK, widely used by chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and dentists around the world. It has gained popularity in the USA, Canada, and Australia as a trusted approach to supporting health.

Developed by chiropractors in the 1960s, Systematic Kinesiology combines chiropractic principles with ancient Chinese wisdom, using gentle muscle testing as a way for the body to communicate its needs. This scientific and holistic approach helps uncover imbalances and restore health using tried-and-tested techniques.

Each session is unique, but it may include:

  • Muscle testing to identify priority imbalances
  • Flushing meridians to clear stagnant energy
  • Nutritional and lifestyle suggestions
  • Emotional stress release techniques
  • Energy balancing using neurovascular and lymphatic points
  • Gentle structural support all tailored to what your body asks for on the day.

Yes—through muscle testing, we explore how your body responds to different foods. This can reveal hidden sensitivities that may be affecting your energy, digestion, or mood.

You’re not obliged to, but I’d recommend it to help ensure longer-lasting benefits from your session. Supplements are matched to your body using muscle testing, so what’s suggested is uniquely suited to you—it’s personal, not prescriptive.

Please note: supplements typically range from £20 to £80 and are not included in the cost of treatment. You’ll need to order them separately.

Whilst I’m training, sessions typically last 2 hours, giving us time to explore what’s going on, test, and apply techniques without rushing.

Feel free to bring any medical records, supplements, or anything you think might be relevant to your health.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Avoid jeans, dresses, or skirts if possible, as they can make muscle testing more difficult. Sessions are carried out fully clothed, though occasionally I may need brief skin contact for specific techniques.

Most clients notice positive shifts after their first session, with deeper changes often emerging after 3 to 4.

The body tends to reveal things in layers, so each session may bring new insights into what it needs or is ready to release. Occasionally, new symptoms may appear between sessions—this is often just your body highlighting the next area it’s ready to work on.

Regular treatments help support your body’s natural balance and build resilience over time.

If you feel stuck, fatigued, out of balance, or simply curious about what your body is trying to tell you—yes. This work is for anyone ready to explore health from the inside out.

The Meridian Clock: How Your Body’s Energy Shifts Every Two Hours

Acupuncture energy operates on a 24-hour clock. Each organ system receives its moment of energetic spotlight during a two-hour period throughout each 24-hour day. This is particularly interesting to a kinesiologist because problems or symptoms that tend to assert themselves at the same time every day or night can reveal clues about your physical and emotional wellbeing.

The Ileocecal Valve: A Small Gate with a Big Role in Digestive Health

If you’ve ever had digestive discomfort that you just couldn’t pinpoint — bloating, fatigue, or a feeling of being “off” — your Ileocecal Valve (ICV) might be the hidden culprit. This small but powerful valve plays a vital role in digestive flow and detoxification, and when it’s out of balance, the effects can ripple across the whole body.
